Josiah Kowles is a driven and motivated individual, driven by his desire to have a positive impact on the world and those around him. Throughout his journey, he has encountered numerous obstacles and setbacks, but his determination and belief that it is all part of God’s plan have propelled him forward. 

The combination of Josiah’s motivation and quest to be the best version of himself has led him to take risks and embrace challenges. With a background of playing soccer semi-professionally for FC Copa and Electric City Shock, then serving in the U.S. Navy and Army, he has gained valuable experience in overcoming setbacks and pushing his limits. Drawing from his experiences while undertaking new challenges, he has taken on co-founding Cudo while actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Economics at Penn State University.  

Now that he is out of the military, he has shifted his focus to building Cudo, a concept that took shape during his time in the Navy. Josiah’s vision is that Cudo will inspire, motivate, and equip others to bet on themselves to be their best version no matter where or who they are. Drawing from his own experiences and driven by a strong sense of purpose, Josiah strives to create a community of individuals who can empower and support one another in their pursuit of greatness.
